01. Overview

Thousands of Years Media (ToYm) is a Malaysian integrated entertainment and creative company founded by Datuk Wira Jment Lim. The company focuses on short-form video content and aims to expand its business model by offering advertising packages, allowing brands to integrate their logos and promotions into short-form video productions.

Winnefy Enterprise was engaged to redesign ToYm’s existing website to better communicate these advertising offerings. The project focused on restructuring the website to clearly present the advertising packages, guide users through the purchase journey, and position ToYm as a professional media partner for brands.

02. The Challenge

Context & Constraints

The primary goal of the redesign was to shift the website’s focus toward marketing ToYm’s advertising packages. The website needed to:

  • Increase awareness of the advertising service
  • Clearly explain package offerings
  • Enable users to understand and proceed with purchasing advertising packages

Constraints

The project was completed within a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) agency environment. Due to time and business constraints, the design process followed a streamlined UX approach, prioritizing user flow definition, interface clarity, and visual hierarchy over extensive user research or usability testing.

Design Objectives

  • Improve the user journey for understanding and purchasing advertising packages

  • Present advertising packages in a clear and structured manner

  • Enhance the overall usability and professionalism of the website

03. Process

Phase 1

Research & Define

Project requirements were gathered through briefings and discussions with the project manager. These sessions focused on understanding ToYm’s business goals, target users (brands and advertisers), and key features required on the website.

Phase 2

Analyse & Ideate

Based on the brief, user journeys and user flows were defined to map how users would explore advertising packages and proceed toward inquiry or purchase. Key screens and content sections were identified to support this flow.

Phase 3

Design Exploration

Initial layout ideas were explored through pen-and-paper sketches for internal discussion. High-fidelity designs were then created using Figma, applying ToYm’s branding, typography, color palette, and layout structure. The design emphasized clarity, visual hierarchy, and ease of navigation.

Phase 4 & 5

Test, Iterate & Refine

The design was reviewed internally with designers and project managers, followed by presentations to the client. Feedback was gathered and applied to refine layout structure, content placement, and visual emphasis on advertising packages.

Final refinements focused on spacing, alignment, consistency across sections, and improving overall visual coherence to ensure a polished and professional presentation.

04. The Result

The final website design was approved by the client and accepted for development. The redesigned interface successfully repositioned the website to highlight ToYm’s advertising services and provided a clearer pathway for potential clients to understand and engage with the offered packages.
